8 Ways You Can Help Cattle Dogs In Need

1. Donate!

Make a cash donation thru PayPal. This is the best way to donate to cattle dog rescue with the lowest processing fee. Recurring monthly donations help sustain our on-going operations. No amount is too small!

2. Benevity

Does your employer offer workplace giving through Benevity? Your contribution to PNWCDR could go TWICE as far with a matching donation from your employer.

3. Foster in the Northwest

Foster homes are the heart & soul of our rescue efforts. Foster parents provide shelter, socialization and love to cattle dogs in a time of transition. PNWCDR covers all expenses including veterinary care, food, transport and other necessary supplies.

4. Foster in the Southwest

These temporary foster homes shelter the dogs prior to transport & are an integral step in the rescue process. Before dogs can be transported, they need a temporary (2-4 week) foster home. Foster parents work with our local rescue partners to ensure that dogs are healthy and ready for travel to the Northwest.

5. Volunteer

There are lots of ways you can help besides donating or fostering! Fundraising, event planning, social media, transportation, home visits and behavioral assessments are some of the ways you can help.

6. Donate Items From Our Wishlist

These items are used by our foster parents & dogs on a regular basis. Some are big, some are small — all are needed! We’ll keep the list updated as our needs fluctuate so check back often. And don’t forget to click-thru on AmazonSmile…

7. Donate Through AmazonSmile

When you use the our AmazonSmile link, Amazon donates 0.5% of your eligible purchases to PNWCDR. Every bit counts! AmazonSmile is a great way to help a good cause while making you usual purchases.

8. Become A SniffSpot Host

Want to see some happy heelers running around, but don’t have the time to foster? Consider signing up to be a Sniffspot host. We use Sniffspots to provide a safe environment for our foster dogs to exercise & socialize with their foster parents. Hosts enjoy having visiting pooches, as well as the extra passive income!
