“I Deaf-initely Can, Rhett the Heeler” is written in Rhett’s perspective as a dog who is deaf. Rhett shares his experience about waiting for his forever home at the shelter, meeting a deaf girl (Karlie), getting adopted a few days later, learning sign language and showing the world that deaf dogs are able! The book also includes illustrations of sign language vocabulary and myths and facts about dogs who are deaf. It is beautifully illustrated by Lucy Rogers.
